Automatic feeding and cut-to-length cross-cutting for insulating paper, release paper, fish paper and self-adhesive labels. The Chinese/English LCD control panel provides settings for cut length, feed speed and quantity. A pressure-adjustable feed roller, material guides and a separate floor-standing roll holder support the feed process.

02 / MACHINE FEATURES
Guide, feed and cut to length.
Bilingual LCD controls
Use the LCD display and numeric keypad to set cut length, feed speed, batch quantity and total quantity, with Chinese/English interface switching.
Vacuum heat-treated steel blade
The vacuum heat-treated SKD11 steel blade works with the programmed feed to cross-cut material to the selected length.
Motor-driven feeding
The motor-driven feed advances material according to the programmed length for repeated cutting cycles.
Adjustable feed roller pressure
A polyurethane feed roller grips the material, with pressure adjustment screws at both ends to suit the material.
Material guides and multiple-strip cutting
The guides help keep the material aligned. Multiple strips can be arranged for cutting together, depending on strip width and the guide setup.
Floor-standing roll holder
A separate floor-standing holder supports the material roll. Bearing supports allow the roll to turn as material feeds into the machine.
Fan cooling
Cooling fans ventilate the machine cabinet to help dissipate heat during operation.
Fused power inlet
The three-pin power inlet provides a protective earth connection and an integrated fuse.
