Cut to length.
An upright integrated machine combining roll unwinding, feeding and cut-to-length cross-cutting for window-screen mesh, nylon fabric, textiles, cord and packing straps. Photoelectric sensing coordinates automatic unwinding, while a Chinese / English LCD panel provides length, speed and batch settings.

01 / MACHINE FEATURES
Connect unwinding and cutting.

Use the LCD and keypad to set length, speed, total quantity, batch quantity and pause time.
High-speed steel blade assembly
A high-speed steel blade assembly works with the feed mechanism to cross-cut roll material to length.
Pressure-adjustable feed rollers
Adjustment screws at both ends of the feed rollers allow pressure setup for the material.
Photoelectric automatic unwinding
Photoelectric sensing coordinates unwinding and feeding, with speed adjustment during operation and automatic / manual mode switching.
Bearing-supported roll stand
A floor-standing roll stand uses a steel base and bearing supports to carry the material roll during unwinding.
Output table & casters
An output table receives the cut material, and casters are fitted at the base of the frame.
