Automatic feeding and cut-to-length processing for PVC film, plastic sheets, bubble wrap and EPE foam. A Chinese/English LCD control panel provides settings for cut length, feed speed and quantity. Adjustable material guides and roller pressure help guide the material into the cutting assembly.

01 / MACHINE FEATURES
Guide, feed and cut to length.
Bilingual LCD controls
Switch between Chinese and English, select automatic or manual operation, and set cut length, speed, batch quantity and total quantity.
Adjustable guides and roller pressure
Move the aluminum-alloy guide bars to suit the material width and adjust the rubber feed roller pressure using the adjustment screws.
Roll support and feeding
Roll supports hold the material as it passes through the guides and feed roller to the cutting assembly.
Automatic feeding and cut-to-length processing
Set the cut length and quantity on the control panel for automatic feeding and cut-to-length cross-cutting.
Fan cooling
Cooling fans help dissipate heat generated during operation.
Reinforced blade assembly
A thickened blade and cutting mechanism work with the programmed feed to cut material to the set length.
