Automatic feeding and cut-to-length processing for tubing, wire and cable. Motor-driven feed rollers work with an air-cylinder cutting unit. Chinese/English LCD controls and a keypad provide settings for length, speed, quantity and pause time. A compressed-air supply is required. Confirm material and cross-section suitability with a sample.

Switch between Chinese and English interfaces at the touch of a button, with automatic or manual operation. Use the LCD and keypad to set cut length, feed speed, total quantity, pause and delay times, with automatic counting.
The feed motor and drive work with programmed controls to advance material by the selected length.
Adjustable material guides help keep material aligned. Pressure-adjustment screws at both ends of the feed rollers help reduce slippage and sideways movement during feeding.
A dedicated cutting mechanism uses a thickened steel blade and works with the feed controls to cut the material. Confirm cut finish and finished-part length tolerance with a material sample.
A cooling fan ventilates the cabinet to help dissipate heat generated during operation.

Feed accuracy is not a finished-part length tolerance. Actual feed speed and cut finish depend on the material, cross-section, cut length and operating settings. Check the compressed-air supply before installation.

Thickness range, minimum dimensions and working rate depend on the material.
Provide the tubing, wire or cable material, cross-section dimensions, hardness and an actual sample. Include tube wall thickness or the cable conductor and jacket construction.
Specify minimum and typical cut lengths, required tolerance and cut-finish requirements.
Include target output, batch size, site power and compressed-air supply conditions.
