Automatic feeding and cut-to-length sheet cutting for PVC film, bubble wrap, nonwoven fabric and release paper. An LCD and keypad provide cutting controls, with adjustable material guides and roller pressure. Custom configurations can be discussed using your drawings, samples and processing requirements.

Adjustable material guides
Material guides and adjustment screws position the material entering the cutting area.
Roller pressure adjustment
Pressure adjustment screws are provided at both ends of the feed roller.
Separate unwind stand
A separate stand supports the roll as material passes through the guides to the feed roller.
Blade holder and guard
The cutting assembly includes a blade holder and blade guard.
