02 / MACHINE FEATURES
From roll to finished part.
Chinese / English operating system
LCD and keypad with Chinese / English switching, plus length, speed, total quantity, batch and pause settings.
Vacuum heat-treated steel blade
Vacuum heat-treated SKD11 tooling works with the mechanical cutting assembly.
Material feeding rubber roller
Pressure-adjustment screws at both ends of the feed rollers support material setup and help reduce slippage.
Floor-standing bearing roll holder
The floor-standing frame supports the material roll on a bearing-mounted shaft.
Speed controller
Rotary control adjusts the variable-speed AC motor, with photoelectric sensing for material pre-feeding.
Cooling fans
Multiple fans provide ventilation and heat dissipation during operation.
